Primary Care at St. Vincent Family Services
All SVFS clients and their families have full access to primary healthcare services at The Ohio State University Total Health & Wellness Center, on-site at St. Vincent Family Services. Services are delivered by healthcare professionals from The Ohio State University College of Nursing.
Primary care services include:
- General health concerns
- Coughs, colds, sprains and injuries
- Immunizations
- Preventive health and wellness exams
- Referrals to specialists or diagnostic testing
- Weight management
- Medication-assisted treatment program
- Chronic care management
- Annuals, back-to-school and sports physicals
- Newborn care
