Family Conflict / Divorce

While every family experiences turbulence, children exposed to frequent fighting and or extreme conflict can develop mental health disorders.

Family conflict is very widespread. For example, 1.5 million children go through divorce every year.

Chronic conflict can contribute to depression, aggression, problems with school and delinquency. It may be best to seek help before your child encounters difficulties in school and his or her social life.
