St. Vincent Family Services Announces Planned Retirement of President & CEO Susan Lewis Kaylor

COLUMBUS, OHIO – (August 7, 2026) – The Board of Trustees of Saint Vincent Family Services today announced that President & CEO Susan Lewis Kaylor has informed the Board of her decision to retire effective December 31, 2026, following nearly a decade of exceptional leadership and service.

Susan has provided exceptional leadership, strengthening programs, expanding community partnerships, and advancing Saint Vincent Family Services’ mission of serving children, youth, and families throughout Central Ohio.

Susan will continue serving as President & CEO through December 31 to ensure a thoughtful and seamless leadership transition. The Board of Trustees has approved a comprehensive CEO Transition Plan and will begin a formal search for the organization’s next President & CEO.

We are deeply grateful for Susan’s extraordinary leadership and many contributions and look forward to building upon the strong foundation she has established.
